Launch a country-wide exclusive invite to SMEs outlining the problem of the 'tech middlemen' (UberEats, MrD, Booking.com) and how globalisation and tech have eaten their margins — and how ManyHands helps them reclaim it.

Free Onboarding Funnel + Pay-as-you-Go Pricing
Every small business can start for free and pay only 2.9% of online sales to ManyHands. We also offer fixed-tier plans (R25–R85/day) with no commissions. Onboarding includes a free, full setup service.

SME Vetting
We only onboard businesses that can or are already doing a minimum of R30K+/mo in online sales. Every applicant completes a form to verify readiness. This ensures CAC payback and quality retention.

Customer Success-Driven Growth
A team of 5 customer success operators will work through our existing 500 SME waitlist and onboard 100 customers/month via done-for-you onboarding.

Industry Partners
We will continue to partner with corporates, startups and organisations like we did with Vodacom offering white-label marketplace partnerships and/or exclusive 30-50% deals on our SaaS plans.

To onboard 1,000 SME customers (doing a minimum of R30K+ in online sales/month) over 18 months, we project the following:

• Break-Even: Month 13
• Monthly Recurring Revenue at Break-Even: ~R495,900
• Monthly Recurring Revenue Target (R1M): By Month 18
• Churn Assumption: 5% per month (conservative for SMBs)

We expect rapid referrals, low CAC, and retention due to our strict SME vetting process and high-quality done-for-you service layer — unlike the do-it-yourself model of existing software solutions.

• Platform built & production-ready: We’ve spent 3 years developing an all-in-one system that integrates online ordering, CRM, marketing automation, delivery, and more.
• R750,000 earned to date through a white-label corporate partnership with Vodacom, validating enterprise demand and product maturity. More partnerships planned in coming months.

A NOTE FROM ANTON

Why We Build

Back in 2020, Anton Moulder was taking a stroll on the beach when a thought smacked him right between the eyes:

“Why are we spending all our time building flashy apps that just make rich people richer, instead of creating stuff that actually helps the other 90% of South Africans get ahead?”

Up to that point, Anton had spent over a decade building software and running big marketing campaigns for some of South Africa’s biggest names — Standard Bank, Investec, Absa, Babylonstoren… you name it.

But that walk changed things.

He decided it was time to switch gears and focus on work that actually mattered to everyday people. So he started taking on projects aimed at the 80%—partnering with Diageo to run a ‘social-tech’ startup incubator, and later building a small business services marketplace with Vodacom.

That’s when it clicked: small businesses are where real change happens.

They may “only” contribute 30% of our GDP, but they employ over 60% of the country. If we want to uplift South Africa, it starts with helping small businesses grow. So Anton took everything he’d learned in tech and marketing and threw it behind one mission:

Help small businesses thrive.

That’s how ManyHands was born.
